Our quality processes ensure that the floral arrangement will arrive as mentioned on the specifications on our website. If your floral arrangement has substantial defects, the company’s sole maximum liability will be, within its sole discretion, not more than to refund the actual purchase price paid by the customer, or to replace and deliver an equivalent floral arrangement.
Some of our products contain alcoholic beverages such as wine bottles. You must be an adult to place an order with a wine bottle, and the receiver must be an adult as well.

ACERCA DE LA ENTREGA DE ÓRDENES:
Nuestros pilotos irán a dejar su arreglo floral a la dirección indicada por usted. Si el destinatario no se encuentra en el lugar, estaremos llamándole y si no contesta, nuestros pilotos regresarán el arreglo a nuestra central. Si desea que lo volvamos a llevar, entonces tendría que volver a pagar un segundo envío, de lo contrario no ofrecemos reembolsos. El producto se quedará en el centro de distribución como máximo por 2 días para que el destinatario llegue a recogerlo. Si no se recibe respuesta, el producto se desechará del Centro de distribución. La orden NO se puede cancelar debido a que Verdiflora ha brindado el servicio.
Si nos ha dado una información de entrega incorrecta, no podemos ofrecer entrega garantizada. Tendrá hasta dos días hábiles anteriores a la fecha de entrega para corregir la información.
Si nuestro personal de entrega informa que la dirección de entrega es incorrecta, intentaremos comunicarnos con usted para que nos proporcione la nueva información. Si el área es cercana, podemos intentar entregar el arreglo, pero si el área se encuentra lejos, no nos haremos responsables, ni podremos emitir un reembolso, si no hemos podido hacer una entrega debido a una información incorrecta. La orden NO se puede cancelar debido a que Verdiflora ha brindado el servicio.
SOBRE LOS HORARIOS DE ENTREGA:
Los horarios de entrega pueden variar según el volumen de órdenes y su pedido puede ser entregado en cualquier horario del día indicado.
Verdiflora no aceptará compromiso de horarios especiales que el cliente escriba en el campo de comentarios o en ningún campo de su orden. Las ordenes pueden colocarse programadas para una fecha futura o se pueden colocar para el mismo día según la disponibilidad de entrega que se tenga. Si no podemos entregar su orden en el mismo día, le estaremos avisando y su pedido quedará anulado.
POLÍTICA DE SUSTITUCIONES Y PRECIOS:
Debido a la naturaleza del producto, es posible que la disponibilidad pueda variar y agotarse, esto puede suceder por causas diversas como alta demanda, atraso del envío por parte de proveedores en la materia prima, fuera de temporada, fenómenos meteorológicos, etc.
Los colores de las flores podrán variar según disponibilidad y serán cambiados sin previo aviso. Si algún tipo de flor no estuviera disponible en stock se sustituirá por por artículos del mismo valor o superior sin previo aviso, sin embargo, las rosas nunca se sustituirán por otro tipo de flor sin su previa confirmación.
Si no tenemos un producto determinado, lo reemplazaremos con uno similar o dedicaremos el dinero pagado por ese elemento para crear un ramo más grande. Puede suceder que en algunas oportunidades nuestros distribuidores no tengan algún ítem, ya sea algún tipo de chocolate, globo, peluche, frutas, etc. En esos casos, se hará una sustitución por un elemento de igual o mayor valor, siempre manteniendo el concepto del producto elegido.
Así mismo, los precios están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso.
LUGARES DE ENTREGA CONDICIONADOS:
Los pedidos que son enviados a hoteles, hospitales o direcciones empresariales no están garantizados, pero en la mayoría de los casos llegarán correctamente. Si su pedido va dirigido a uno de estos lugares, por favor, envíenos el nombre completo del lugar y referencia (Número de oficina, piso, local, etc. y número de teléfono del hospital, hotel o empresa. En el caso de los hospitales, también necesitamos el pabellón y el número de habitación. Si el hospital no permite el ingreso de flores, se lo haremos saber antes para que pueda sustituir su arreglo floral por un arreglo de globos o brindarnos una dirección diferente.
Floristería Verdiflora intentará entregar su pedido de acuerdo con las normas de cada instalación, pero no puede ser considerada responsable si éstas impiden la entrega correcta. Floristería Verdiflora no puede dar ningún reembolso si no ha podido de realizar una entrega debido a estos problemas.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS:
Unless otherwise specified, all prices and discounts for any of our products or services offered for sale ("offers') cannot be combined. Those orders are limited to one per customer order and are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and are subject to any changes without notice.
In the event of advertising errors, the company reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to refuse, to accept, or to process any, and all customer orders, or to suspend or discontinue any and all offers, promotions, campaigns, or discounts without any notice.

The total payment of the flower arrangement or gift basket will be required in advanced. Payment is required in US dollars. You can pay by international credit or debit card or make a direct deposit to our bank accounts (A bank transfer).
